You’ve been trying to heal for a long time, or you just started.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Maybe you’ve read the books, done some work on yourself, and still something feels stuck, or you’re at the beginning of your healing journey. You’re not broken. Healing takes time.

Come back to your

whole self

Healing isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about learning to be with yourself, all of yourself, without falling apart or shutting down. Here’s how we get there.

Self-Regulation

Learning to feel safe in your own body again, so life’s ups and downs don’t sweep you away.

Self-Awareness

Getting to know how you actually work, your patterns, your triggers, your truth, without the filters.

Self-Worth

Building a sense of value that lives inside you, not something the world can give or take away.

“If you want to improve the world, start by making people feel safer.” ~ Stephen Porges, PhD

Hi, I’m Laure

I’ve been where you are

I know what it’s like to have done the work, the books, the therapy, the inner searching, and still feel like something’s missing. I’ve been through my own healing from trauma, and I’ve found my way to a place that feels steadier. Not perfect. Just real.

I still get triggered. I’m still human. That’s exactly why I do this work.

I bring mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic awareness into our sessions, and I bring myself. If you need to cry, cry. This is a safe place for all of it.

I’m a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor Candidate (RTCc) with ACCT.

Celebrating… Not Really

When something you waited for finally arrives, and the joy doesn’t. If you read my last article, you’ll know that I finally became an RTCc, short for Registered Therapeutic Counsellor candidate. Yes! At last! A designation that’s tangible: my clients can now get reimbursed by their extended health insurance, if they have one (which isn’t everybody,…
