Healing starts with awareness. If you’re here looking for a counsellor, well done, you’re aware something needs to change.
Then you’ll need to receive a lot of empathy, to feel seen, heard, understand. I’ll be on your side all along the way so you can feel safe.
I’ll also teach you some practical techniques to help you emotionally self-regulate if you feel overwhelmed, depressed, or anxious, using some of the modalities shown below.
Once you’re emotionally regulated, healing will feel a lot easier! And you can go deeper if you choose so.
