Counselling

With lots of empathy for you, first and foremost.

You are at the center of this work. Always.

Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn’t come from one technique applied perfectly. What works for one person in one moment may not work for another. That’s why I draw from a range of approaches and follow your lead, adapting to what you need and want as we go.

Talking about what hurts is valuable. But talk can only take us so far. The body holds what the mind can’t always reach: the tension that never fully releases, the anxiety that lives in your chest before you even know why, the patterns that run on autopilot no matter how much you understand them intellectually. That’s where somatic work, breathwork, and mindfulness come in, not as techniques to master, but as ways of coming back to yourself.

Self-compassion runs through everything we do. Not as a concept, but as a lived practice, learning to meet yourself with the same kindness you’d offer someone you love.

You don’t need to arrive here ready. You just need to arrive.

Empathy, empathy, empathy
